Accessibility Statement — CPAADV Flow

HI ACCOUNT LTD (היי אקאונט בע״מ), the operator of CPAADV Flow, works to make the Service accessible and comfortable for everyone, including people with disabilities, keyboard users and screen reader users.

What we have done

  • A consistent page structure with headings, labelled navigation regions and a "skip to content" link at the start of every page of the office application.
  • Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator. The phone navigation menu opens and closes by keyboard, and when it closes focus returns to the button that opened it.
  • Labels for all form fields; error messages are associated with the field they refer to and announced to screen readers.
  • Success and failure messages, and the status of a document upload in the Portal, are announced to screen readers.
  • Icon-only buttons carry a text description.
  • Right-to-left and left-to-right support, and text that adapts to zoom and small screens.
  • Respect for a preference for reduced motion.
  • Colour contrast checks of interface text.

How we tested

The Service was tested with automated checks of contrast, labelling and announcements, and with manual keyboard navigation checks on desktop and phone, in Hebrew and English. A full accessibility audit by an external expert has not yet been carried out, so we do not currently claim full conformance with any particular accessibility standard.

Known limitations

  • Documents that offices and clients upload are user content, and their accessibility is outside our control.
  • Cardcom's payment pages and Google's sign-in pages are operated by those companies.
  • Some components may not yet be fully accessible; we would like to hear about them.
